Potensi Penghambatan Enzim Αlfa-Glukosidase dan Tes Toleransi Glukosa Oral (TTGO) Ektrak Daun Dadap Serep (Erythrina subumbrans (Hassk) Merr.)

Abstrak: Tanaman dadap serep memiliki kandungan flavonoid yang berpotensi dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa dalam darah dan mengurangi penyerapan di usus. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui aktivitas penghambatan enzim α-glukosidase pengaruh pemberian Ekstrak Etanol Daun Dadap Serep (EEDDS) terhadap tikus putih jantan galur wistar serta dosis efektifnya. Metode menggunakan metode in vitro dengan vivo Tes Toleransi Glukosa (TTGO) induksi amylum manihot 25 ekor dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok EEDDS 100, 200, 400 mg/kgBB, kemudian diukur darahnya selama 120 menit. Hasil inhibisi menunjukkan nilai % paling baik yaitu 41,81% pada 100 ppm terendah 10 13,33% IC50 sebesar 146,30 dimana termasuk kategori lemah menghambat α-glukosidase. TTGO manihot, mg/KgBB efek penurunan secara signifikan T60 sampai T120. . Kesimpulan ini adalah ekstrak etanol daun mempunyai potensi sebagai antihiperglikemia maupun vivo.
